screw spike is one of the many railway accessories that play a fixed role in the entire railway track fixing, and special attention should be paid to the spikes in daily inspection and maintenance. On the one hand, it is necessary to ensure the quality of screw spike, and on the other hand, the installation and anchoring of screws should be correct. So, what are the precautions for screw spike anchoring? Railway parts manufacturers to introduce it to you!
1. Anchor nails are fixed with sulfur cement mortar. The preparation and preparation process of sulfur cement mortar shall conform to the relevant provisions of the code for railway track construction and acceptance.
2. Before anchoring, clean the foreign bodies in the reserved holes of sleepers and the foreign bodies where screws are attached. The screw should be dry and the temperature should be kept above 0 ° C.
3. The anchoring method should be reverse anchoring, and the anchoring screw should be positioned through the mold. The anchor slurry is injected into the hole from the bottom of the pillow, then rotated to the right, and the mold is released after curing. When anchoring, the bottom of the reserved hole should be tightly sealed to prevent mud leakage. After injecting the anchor slurry into the hole from the base surface, slowly rotate the anchor screw left and right and insert it vertically. When injecting sulfur cement mortar into the well, the temperature should not be lower than 130 ° C to prevent segregation. After filling a hole, the grouting depth should be 20mm longer than the length of the nailed hole, the top surface of the anchoring slurry should be flat with the surface of the track bearing groove, and the overflow residue should be cleaned and smoothed after curing.
4. The anchoring screw should be perpendicular to the groove surface of the support rail, and the deflection should not be greater than 2 degrees. The intersection point between the nail line and the groove surface of the track support must not exceed 2mm from the point in the middle of the reserved hole. The bottom of the nail cone should be higher than the surface of the track bearing groove, but not more than 2mm, and the tension of the anchor stud should not be less than 60kN.
The above are some problems that should be paid attention to when screw spike anchoring introduced by railway accessories manufacturers. Only by correctly and reasonably anchoring screw can the fastening function of screw screw be fully played to ensure the integrity of screw anchoring.
