YJN-K70 Flying Laser Marking Machine Advances Continuous Roll Processing

As manufacturers continue to pursue more continuous and automated production processes, laser marking equipment is increasingly being integrated with feeding, positioning and conveying systems. At YIJIANUO, we developed the YJN-K70 Flying Laser Marking Machine for continuous marking operations on rolled materials. The equipment combines dynamic flying laser marking with automatic feeding and material collection, providing an integrated processing solution for production environments that require continuous material handling.

The YJN-K70 is equipped with a CCD visual positioning system and a Hikvision 25-megapixel camera with an ultra-short focal-length lens. Together with the correction system incorporated into the feeding section, this configuration supports accurate positioning as materials move through the processing area.

For material transportation, we use a honeycomb chain conveyor together with automatic feeding and collection. The machine provides a marking range of 1000 × 1800 mm, a maximum scanning speed of 3000 mm/s, repeated positioning accuracy of 0.005 mm and feeding accuracy of ±0.5 mm.

The marking system includes a Zhiyuan dynamic flying marking control system and a K70 mm water-cooled digital galvanometer. Two Chenruida M20 lasers are configured in the system, with an average power of 305 W and a peak value of 600 W. The electric lifting height ranges from 1100 to 1250 mm, supporting adjustment for different processing requirements.

By integrating laser marking, visual positioning, automatic feeding, material correction and conveying into one system, the YJN-K70 provides customers with a practical option for continuous roll-material processing.
